Constant Content is one. You can write for requests, and work into private requests if you're good. That's where the real money is. I write for AC right now to get some quick cash, because every other place only pays once a month. I can publish non-exclusive on AC, then put that same article on CC for usage only sale. It has a huge amount of places to submit work to, author commentary, and other helpful information.
